No, not without your authorization. Today, every action that spends money -- a budget change, a new ad -- waits for your explicit approval before anything runs. A standing-rule mode, where you set your own spend cap and a kill switch in advance, is planned but not available yet. Routine Search & Discovery pages publish within the facts you've confirmed, and you can pause publishing at any time.
What if I disagree?
